1. Services

Lenik Ltd provides web development and eCommerce solutions, including WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify development. Specific details are outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. We deliver services with professional care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables in a timely manner
  • Obtaining any necessary third-party permissions or licenses
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules are outlined in the project proposal or contract
  • We typically require a deposit before commencing work
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, except for third-party elements (stock photos, plugins, themes), our proprietary tools and code libraries, and open-source components, which remain under their respective licenses. Lenik retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information reasonably considered confidential, use it only for project-related purposes, implement reasonable security measures, and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, third-party services or products, or specific business outcomes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice, immediately in case of material breach, or if the other party becomes insolvent. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website; material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email.
